Tarik Dokainish

Tarik Dokainish is the President and CEO of Dokainish & Company, a company specializing in technology consulting and project controls. Founded in 2011, the company has experienced substantial growth, expanding revenues multiple times over the past five years.

With nearly two decades of professional experience, Tarik has managed a diverse range of projects across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and mining. His strategic management has been pivotal in the successful execution of multibillion-dollar projects in countries including Canada, Saudi Arabia, Chile, and the United States.

Under Tarik's leadership, Dokainish & Company has achieved a 97% client retention rate. Its expertise in developing innovative Project Management Offices (PMOs) has a glowing reputation globally as the firm grows, as evidenced by its clients’ success at the PMI PMO of the Year award and winning 'The Americas PMO of the Year' from the PMO Global Alliance.

Outside of his professional life, Tarik has taught at a Canadian college, leveraging his industry experience to nurture future leaders. His active participation in Program Advisory Committees at two Canadian colleges underscores his commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
