Emily Fine

Emily Fine has close to 20 years of investing experience and has worked with various companies in the media industry throughout her career. She is a Principal of MHR Fund Management LLC, a New York based private equity firm that manages approximately $6 billion of capital.

Ms. Fine joined MHR in 2002 and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Her responsibilities at MHR include sourcing and managing investments and portfolio companies and Ms. Fine is a member of the Board of Directors of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE:LGF).

Prior to joining MHR, she was Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Ms. Fine began her career in the Telecom, Media & Technology Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, where she focused primarily on media M&A transactions. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
